ProTeam tech was on time. He ran diagnotic test on my Kitchenaid dishwasher, though it was 16 yrs old.His assessment did not turn out to be what the problem was and not cost effective for me to repair, so I just bought new one.ProTeam did their best. I appreciate they gave me partial credit as I requested. Thank you. I will recommend.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and Unprofessional BehaviorI am extremely disappointed with The Pro Team Repair Company. It's been six months since they came to fix my refrigerator, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It took forever for them to complete the repair; I had to constantly follow up with them for updates on when they would come and fix the issue. The first guy they sent said one issue and then they had to send someone new, further delaying the process. Throughout the process, they continuously hounded me for payment. Despite my decision to wait until I could confirm the refrigerator was working properly, they kept calling my cell phone over and over again and I paid over $3,000 to get this ordeal over with. But my fridge is still leaking!!I reached out to them immediately, and multiple times but without any resolution. It's been incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with them since then. I finally managed to call them again, and they promised to call me back and send the technician again.This entire experience has been a nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix the initial problem, but their persistent calls for payment and lack of follow-up after the issue persisted is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using The Pro Team Repair Company.
Have to give this new company props for being professional and returning my diagnostic fee after horrible customer service from a company they outsourced customer services to. Any company that takes a professional approach to self management gets a good review from me.They are growing give them a chance -
Took the check and fixed nothing. Said they'd need to order a part but never called back. Their services are routed thru a call center in Asia. When we called back for followup we were hung up on 3x...very rude ..save your aggravation-call elsewhere
wish i could give them a zero. came to my house to fix a samsung fridge, not only did the person not fix it, they messed it up even more. i paid 271 dollars for no reason and 10 minutes after payment he tells me he cant fix it and i will get a refund, been a month.. no refund. i call the number they said they will talk to the "manager" said this about 3 times now, cant get the managers number from them though... scam.
A Pro Team technician was sent to our home to repair our broken refrigerator through Choice Home Warranty. They claimed to find what was wrong with our unit and instructed us to call them the following day to see if our repair would be approved by our home warranty service.When I called at the instructed time the person I spoke with insisted they have never been to our house before and that I have the wrong number. He then proceeded to hang up on me. When my wife tried calling he proceeded to give her the same treatment hanging up on her.After this experience, we decided to just spend the money on a new refrigerator as piling a couple thousand dollars on our credit card for the new fridge is somehow less painful than dealing with this company and having our old fridge repaired under warranty.
The service is fine, that is until you need a refund because the repair didn't fully work.Their technician was able to come to my house within a day when I had issues with my washer and change the pump pretty soon after he got the replacement, but once there was an issue afterwards and I was promised a return, they pretty much just ghosted me for weeks.And of course, they conveniently refuse to put anything in writing so that it's harder for me to dispute the charge with my bank.I'll definitely be looking elsewhere when I need appliance repair.

Extremely responsive, came into our home and was very clean and proper and covered his shoes with disposable booties-quickly diagnosed the freezer issue and ordered part, came back 2 days later to install and freezer back up and running. Great service and followup, will definitely have there number saved for future reference.

Yevhen was courteous to wear shoe guards when entering home, but also quick and professional to clean dryer of excess lint, which could have been a fire hazard in dryer. I'm extremely grateful for Yevhen's attention to the issue, as well as the ease of scheduling, quickness and convenient payment options of the Pro Team. Highly recommend, and will contact with future needs.

They came today Nov 16 2022, they diagnosed the issue of my dryer within 5min, they were straight up with the details. Great service, great price. Fyi pay cash. I will be using them again, their price and service is affordable and beyond professional.
Amazing service. My 3 yr old Whirlpool dishwasher gave out on me. Whirlpool was no help. These guys quickly responded. Came out on a Tuesday to diagnose. Dishwasher was working by Friday. Literally took about 20 mins to replace the defective motor. Would definitely use them again!
We called the pro team for our dryer. They told us the would arrive between 2pm and 4pm the next day . The technician arrived at 2:45pm with shoe protection on ( very precessional). We showed him the dryer. Within minutes he had an idea of the problem told us the cost to repair and told us 6 months warranty for repairs . He had the parts ready with him (huge plus ) and within the hour our dryer was fixed and ready to work again. We are so happy with service we received and the timely fashion everything was addressed. I called them because my dryer wasn’t heating properly. They came within 4 hours and replaced the parts on the spot. They cleaned the whole dryer and did a great job.

We had an issue with a dishwasher as well as the washer/dryer. The technician from Pro team came to the rescue!! He was professional and knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. I should mention that he fixed the appliances for a very very reasonable price (compared to the quotes I received from other companies). He was respectful of our home and didn't leave any mess behind.
